SURE I am I know I own ALL my homes, I owe no one PENNY ONE on any of my homes and I hold the DEEDS/TITLES on all my homes free and clear as well as title insurance on all of them.........
And where did this come from anyway when I said I just don't trust the courts???

WE have seen where a FEDERAL BK COURT judge overrode THE AMENDED POR 7 and totally discounted the fact that a stipulation was not adhered to requiring the JUDGES signature and allowed CLASS 19 to be diluted!!!!!!!
BUT GUESS WHAT IT HAPPENED
That is the problem with the JUDICIAL SYSTEM in this country JUDGES OFT TIMES CREATE/ALTER LAW from their bench
