I don't care how much money someone is making. It's always possible to start living paycheck to paycheck.

Reminds me of a relative, a medical doctor. Had to file bankruptcy. One of the funny stories I like bringing up with him from time to time is the $750 belt (yes, a normal pants belt). That, and how he filed while drawing a salary of $400,000 per year.

That said, I spoke with him yesterday. He called me about a mutual childhood friend. Said friend's father passed away. Leaving friend with some HUD properties. We asked, of course, how many HUD properties. About 5000 HUD properties. So, I guess he's not going to be in the soup line anytime soon. Still, it might take some work, but I'm certain he can work out a life-style change allowing a paycheck-to-paycheck existence.
