I believe in the product. I have asked my friends in Lafayette and Baton Rouge about Darcy Klug.

Not a single person has one bad word to say of him. From this I take it he must value his integrity.

I believe in SANDD and I clearly see the market, wide open, ready for this device.

I do not understand why he has done what he has done to the toxic share structure, but I have not walked in his shoes. Robust sales will cure the share issues. I’ll make my bet that he is more aware of what he is doing with his company than do I, and will stand ready to assist in the success of SANDD.
