That's a belief. There's no evidence a hedge fund exists with the Washington state registered GRN Funds LLC that purchased DCDG. If there is a hedge fund it's my belief that it is held by the Oregon state registered GRN Funds LLC

GRN Funds LLC in Washington documents say:
"Nature of Business:
OTHER SERVICES"

GRN Funds LLC in Oregon documents say:
"BUSINESS ACTIVITY:
CAPITAL CONSULTING AND PRIVATE EQUITY"

Can you provide proof that Costello has a billion dollar hedge fund - and the investors in a hedge fund - each individual investor would have to transfer their assets to GRNF - what idiot would dump money into a empty shell?

Still waiting for anyone to step forward and prove that Costello manages a billion dollar hedge fund.

Who are on the Board of Directors - who are the Officers? Why aren't they listed on the GRN Funds website?

What is the funds investment strategy?

Why doesn't Costello provide how the fund is performing?

Why doesn't the GRN Funds have a offering memorandum?

Why hasn't Costello registered the fund with the SEC?

Can you provide any proof that your statement is true?

"And most of those 1.15B assets under management mentioned on GRN Funds are moving to GRNF. Obviously, that's why they took it off the website when they updated."

In a hedge fund the assets are the investors money and what the fund invested in - so you are saying the investors are buying $1.15 Billion in GRNF stock - let's take a quick look at that scenario.

That would mean they would be buying almost 2 Billion shares - all would be accredited investors and would be foolish enough to buy stock in a empty shell.
