Once the trial is complete and we have successfully won will we go for an injunction? Or do you think we will let it all play out appeals etc....

Last question is the .28 a 1.06 amount a yearly amount or a monthly amount per subscriber?

you're not referring to $5 million owed by carter, you're suggesting the 13 owe interest for monthly infringement for the technology
pensive query, what's the percentage utilized for that ? by chance, did Teece make reference to % in court feb 18th ?
if Teece did not, what is the usual/general rule to interest rate charge re: patent tech

Usually starts at the time of verdict and is tied to the 1 yr treasury rate. Currently 1.6%

If I recall correctly interest starts on the day infringers received notice of infringement from uoip.That said , I read somewhere that interest = x% say 8% the interest over x years say 8years the principle doubles. I know my numbers aren’t correct......so whoever has the correct numbers please feel free to insert. Interest has been accumulating since 2011 so yes.....interest is a big number.......it’s the rate that will have to be negotiated unless there’s a court rule that stipulates....I just don’t have that answer.....anyone?
