As they say “a whole picture is worth a 1000 words”...So if someone is focused on just 200 words...doesn’t bring the whole picture in focus...logical. As I understand it, a bit more to the picture might be needed. Last Oct/Nov was thought to be the begins of production start-up? Much excitement lead to a bit of disappointment. PT knows what Elena has to offer. With the disappointment PT might have concluded I’d better make sure all is working and in place before announcing a MAJOR step forward. I don’t think PP’s and lenders conversions are a part of the picture anymore. I could be wrong, but hot damn, I doubt it. Certainly much more to the current picture than the past pictures...indeed!
