Well first to prove "Goodwill" there has to be Proof that the Businesses in Question exist! Not only by having a phone number (that you rarely get an answer from) or Newly Created Website (with stock photos).....
When Exxe Group produces the long Promised Audits (by a PCAOB Company), we can all put these Questions to rest!
My business is for sale for 2.5x profit taken home and I am basically an absent owner never there to really get a hold of me (unless you are in the know and have my cell) ... does that make me a scam for not being able to get a hold of me or a business not worth its goodwill value added to my profit from proof of concept? Oh no I am worried after these 8 years that I am going no where now. LOL
