I doubt there will be a settlement at this point. Both sides have paid the lawyers fees long enough to show they’re both willing to go the distance.

I think amarins argument wins hands down, but I’m far from an expert, and I go on logic as opposed to knowing the law (I think amarins argument is much stronger, but don’t know the exact legalities).

Fortunately, seems like the stock is currently priced like 50/50 chance of winning the litigation, so we definitely have better odds than that. Stock is cheap
