I can't get over the legally binding reality that,. They must pay in cash. Jmo. The share fornshares theory, I wouldn't mind it, don't get me wrong. BUT it cannot be done. As far as i know. Just like JPM stock for example, you cant sell shares and expect more shares in lieu of your selling of those shares. It must be money, cash, coins, checks. ( It'd have to be agreed upon by those accepting of the terms. The payor cannot make up willy nilly concepts of actual pay.

Please correct me if I'm wrong)
