I'm not an attorney in the case so I couldn't tell you. You would be amazed what attorneys can come up with. I have spent 20+ yrs in litigation stocks. IDCC & VHC are two that come to mind. Appeal after appeal after appeal......

Please tell me more. What would the grounds be for appeal? What did the judge do wrong?
