Are you sure that the SEC will Suspend ACTL anytime from now on? What is the real reason to do so? Any evidence or official document to support your statement?

0.0001 x 0.0002 now. It seems no more buys at even the 0.0002 ask! So we should see an huge sell-off (300M ~ 150M shares) at 0.0001 as soon as today...

The SEC-Delinquent stock ACTL has much much lower float count and OS count than its non-delinquent peer SNVP! In this sense everyone should sell SNVP at 0.0003 ~ 0.0002 ASAP then use all the proceeds to buy either ACTL or PUGE (with even much smaller float and OS than ACTL) at 0.0002 ASAP because the SS and MV of any OTC stock are much much much more important than the so-called delinquent issue! Currently SNVP is trading at 4.6 Times of the MV of PUGE! In another word, SNVP is 4.6 Times more expensive than PUGE!

Anyway I own all the above-mentioned three OTC peers now.

Yes a delisting has been a danger for a long time now. Like you say it could happen at any time. Maybe I’ll see what happens by May and decide from there.
