Xena - If TGD made a statement regarding BIIB's culture I must have missed it. I thought he has just been silent on the subject of BIIB.

And, if Buffet was looking to change the culture at BIIB, I would think he would have required assurances of a regime change before plunking down $600M, but who knows.
