Anybody who is now surprised that we did again fail to submit BLA on an self imposed deadline should ask themselves why Nader and the gang (BOD) put a 6 months timeframe on the BLA submittal as a condition for their outrages bonus.
Nader is telling (or lets say in not so nice language bullshitting) longterm shareholders with self imposed BLA deadlines (on what are those dates based on anyway?) a kind of story. But obviously they calculate with a very different BLA timeline internally when it comes to their personal enrichment, aka bonus.
Lets ask him at the CC next weeks whats up with those 6 months. It will be interesting how he reacts on this question.
