You’ve got it wrong. The bonus will be received if BTD will be achieved within 6 months (i.c. July 28th).

“On January 28, 2020, the Compensation Committee (...) approved the award of performance shares (...), which awards will vest and be settled in shares (...) if the Company achieves breakthrough designation within 6 months of the award date (...).”
