No disagreement here. The point I was trying to make is that if any investor thought that the ASM might be delayed again from the April 18th date already announced, for any reason, that a standing injuction with a court ordered date past April 18th might possibly be put in place to make sure no delay tactics are being used. This is just an accountability move since up until now no court ordered date has been set and investors have the right to have one put in place after March 9th(?) if I recall. Best wishes.
