Unfortunately, Brynjar N. Meling seems to be the Ponder of Wavetech Norway.

From Norwegian message board

In July (2018), Norwegian Wavetech is listed on the US stock exchange. Battery technology is referred to as revolutionary and a potential for growth is enormous, according to several analysts. The company was featured on the TV2 news on February 24 at 6.30 pm news and recently had a case with shareholder Brynjar Meling in Stavanger Aftenblad. How big can this be? www.wavetech.de/

Do you think you are going out hard here with accusations etc. Don't think we are smart, the only thing I know and have heard is that Meling and Valand sat on their backs just before the merger, it will create a lower course when this goes on the stock exchange why do I know not.
After all, it is not Valand and Meling who are to blame here, it is the guys from Bergen, they are the ones who can shop in this. I myself am a shareholder and sit still for a while, there must be no more facts before we can go In fact, the media are not always facts, they are selling newspaper. We see who is entitled in the end.

Not sure about Meling's role, but he has helped to push stocks. Maybe he got his free, but they are worthless, and as long as he did not earn this himself you can only say that he is deceived he too, but I'm not sure.

There are 4 million shares in wavetech gmbh, these were "sold" to Norwegian investors for just over NOK 100 apiece, but not delivered, for some reason, but they should be delivered in connection with the IPO. The billion-listed listing strategy was abandoned (obviously because this is a non-publicly traded fraud enterprise) and a process of merging with an already listed company was started, and so far, nothing in the way of getting listed on a merger, is not worth less (but no more). The problem is that they merge with a company worth NOK 10 million, and this company only pays NOK 12 million for all the shares, and the share price of the other company is essentially unchanged. This means that the shares that were sold for just over 100 kroner in reality are worth maybe around 3 kroner and in my opinion they are totally worthless. Therefore, this was a scam. Those who sold knew this because they knew the history of the company, those who bought were cheated by famous scammers. I do not know if this is a criminal offense, but it is something that people would call fraud, so the lawyers have to argue about the law in this.

They are running a special on Ponderous proctologies here at SGSI

"Was this done to inhibit Ponder's propensity for perpetual proctology pursuits aka screwing the pathetic public?"
