Thanks SanDiego. If Regen cannot pay the $1.2mm, will they lose the patent to Chemdiv? Or will Regen give Chemdiv an ‘IOU’ or dilute to raise the money or ......etc.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. TIA
