I agree, people have to eat, especially since they list their base as Yangling in the city of Xianyang and base clients in Shaanxi province. From the wiki description, I am guessing many are in Yangling also. That province wasn’t hit hard and Yangling less still, 1 infected there from my searching was reported Feb 8th, and news from yesterday...
