Agreed 100% on R/S without TLD is just like putting a lipstick on a pig. Or R/S without TLD is like Financial engineering with no substance. People will soon know. Shorts will smell it and circle it and hammer it for days. So substance first please, then R/S. Big brothers love the small company with tangible values. They can be a big help for NWBO when needed.
