I'd like to think someone is getting a hell of a deal at .16

Is it possible to just put 1K shares out there for sale at, say, .16 cents -- a chum trade if you will -- just to drive the price lower?

if so, then why doesn't the buffer of the MM keep us from ever seeing the actual price?
