Yes, it is possible to put a small number of shares for sale at say $0.16, just to drive the price lower.

Conversely it is possible to put a buy for a small number of shares at say, $0.24, just to prop up the price.

If you could ONLY know where the bottom was before lift-off it sure could be a heck of a buy at these dips, but then again, who knows what tomorrow brings?
