I respectfully disagree, why give newbies the remaining shares when current multi-year shareholders should hold what little remains from the 600M available. I don’t want day flippers screwing around with my company.

I would agree if current shareholders already held all the 600M shares but that simply is not the case.

Nonsense....people buy stock because they think it will be more valuable tomorrow. Roger has now established a pattern of losses and mismanagement. Even the help of the outside "investors" funding the expansions cannot overcome his deficiencies.....that have become so apparent the slightest bit of DD screams "STAY AWAY" and at best watch to see if corrections are made to management.

IMO, announce and proceed with a spin-off of Snakes, and a separation from Roger, and the price will go crazy....but the same old crap from incompetent management will no longer work.....2 years ago maybe, but that time has passed.

especially with 2 new cafe's soon ready to open and a commitment for 10 more. That would get attention. Then theres all of the other arms of snakes. Its a great story that needs to be told for sure.
