Roger never seems to learn from the past mistakes. So, it is very important to recite the past over and over again. Since CEO is an amateur in making things work, the company is in doldrums. He sends PR stating Gro-3 progress and after many many months, Gro-3 is another of the doomed businesses under the Amfil umbrella.
Where is 2019 audit? Where is another new location? In 2022? Agreed this company is better than most pinks. But other punks have better than this stock. Now, can we compare this to a company from higher exchanges? Not a fat chance. So who do we compare this company to. The PPS does not run like pinks on speculation. The company does not have any following like bigger boards. And, the leadership practice is theatrical with lot of talk and very little meat to show off.
By rehashing the past promises and consistent delivery of under delivery by the top management is why we need to continue looking at past promises and weak execution.
