Risks are inherent...less than 10% of 600M remain...spinoff/distribution gives shareholders of record shares according to their positions. So the more shares shareholders acquire, the bigger the distribution they will receive. Hard to complain when desired shares acquired are cheaper over time...if I chose not to acquire anymore until distribution, I would complain about my shareholder value decreasing over time but that simply is NOT my perspective.

My objective is to acquire as many shares ahead of distribution and am THRILLED they are given to me so cheap!
