Are they not redesigning the loft plan? Pricing is a big concern. Pueblo, well I know Pueblo a little. Here is the thing. Pueblo it looks like could be very close to the new Space Force HQ that Trump hinted strongly about in his rally yesterday in Colorado Springs. Pueblo could be the recipient of this billion dollar project. If it is located in Colorado Springs that is only a one hour commute.

There is a large development with zero net electric going in right now that has tons of amenities... a community development. I do believe they are participating in this development. Pueblo is right at the intersection of Hi Way 50 and I-25. Hwy 50 being a major east/west route into the Rockies.

Hopefully they can improve on their designs and get the prices much more competitive. So can the PPS go higher? I believe so with a decent share structure and a product that sells albeit half of their projections then yes, this company and shareholders should both make some money. I am not ready to rule out this company altogether. There may be some positive surprises in the works.
