Agreed. No sense putting off access to drugs/treatments that are safe and have at least demonstrated clear benefit in a well defined patient population or good evidence of likely potential to improve outcomes in combination with another approved drug. Big pharma, and by default FDA, has known for quite some time that DC treatment combined with at least some checkpoint inhibitors improves outcomes. Best wishes.
