I don’t think DI, having led investors to NWBO, before working for NWBO, whose price tanked before he went to NWBO, would sign such a + sounding PR unless he was sincere in its content. Again, simplest analysis. He could have just kept the PR flat.... he did not, as evidenced by the latest price run. Simple analysis is that he is encouraged.
