It is great to hear from you. I always enjoy reading your posts. Do you feel that we are at the end of the tunnel? I know you have been an investor for a very long time.
JL- I remember Terry Turpin well. He was a buddy of George Gilder. He also was our and the NSA's optical computing guru. LWLG/TDON always spoke of picking off the "low hanging fruit" but also always had greater aspirations. Terry Turpin used to talk about the "killer app" for LWLG/TDON's material. But he said that question has yet to be answered. I never knew what he meant by that statement. I don't know if you remember the slide presentation which included the "killer app" quote from Terry. Here we are roughly 12 or 13 years later from that slide presentation and we still don't know what the "killer app" is. But it is time to "Boldly go where no one has gone before". To "photonics supremacy" and beyond!
