FranklinC.....they sell, I buy....those naked shares that I am buying go through the exchange...if they don't have a CUSIP number, thats not my problem, because they still show up in my account as a valid purchase...short sellers have a problem with the SEC, not me... I buy in good faith,and if they are selling bogus stock, then thats not my problem ..when they settle up, they can make me a "payment in kind" for them... I will take the cash....Lodas
