good post... i just want to add, that in this day and age, alot of people with apps and such trade stocks like robots. also, selling on stops..also, to add to this, is the idea that when your looking at a penny stock, its not so hard to think a few or maybe many people holding 500k or even a million shares just decided to sell out and move on. like a swarm of bees. swarm of bees...? yes, this is a new phrase being used. a group of investors are going from stock to stock buying and selling and creating a market.. not saying this is this case, but its happening and thats all i want to say about that.

i believe, a pr will be coming today or monday or a tweet...even know shares have been added to float, the share price will move quickly either way with buying or selling pressure.. yesterday we saw the selling pressure, which as a penny stock 8 million or so shares isnt really anything..

watching close.... i have buy on at .01 trying to buy more super cheap.. if that triggers, who knows.lol

The note mentioned in the 8-K from 2/19 for the note from 2/10 is VERY LIKELY NOT being converted and sold into shares yesterday.

Yes I agree and said this yesterday, it was not the noteholder of this note. First they want the stock to go down and then maybe convert. Now it is down lol.

as a sidenote, the mention of .04 is an interesting twist that says they never have to pay more than 4 cents, so if the stock did real well over the next 6 months, they could make out like bandits on the upside.

Yes, if they don't play it on the downside, they could also play it on the upside since they would never pay more than 04 for conversion even if the stock goes to 20 cents. But easier for them now to convert way below 01 as they could do soon.

Its possible that a lot of selling was simply retail investors that panicked, though that seems a bit overblown as well.

Yes initially it was retail guys being overly scared of a 100k note, but the last few hours it was something else. There has been endless dumps and ask blocks and that wasn't retail for the last few hours of the day IMO.

BUT they are NOT allowed to SELL those shares legally for 180 days, unless the note is backed up by a registration statement which I highly doubt.

In regards to this, I don't see this anywhere mentioned in the filing. Can you post the paragraph?

Completely agree. I came away with that impression reading the 8-K.
Traderfan also surmised that there was an overreaction by Retail with the announcement and the fact the ridiculous small note size of $100K really takes the cake when it comes to interpretation of "toxic note".
