I would say $300 million market cap is not too much to ask for small innovating biotech firm in the verge of releasing phase 3 result. How much NWBO market cap today? $164 million. To reach $300 million market cap, NWBO stock price should be about $.48.

If that is true, that is going to be very interesting to watch. We will find out if that norm is applicable to NWBO. Imo.

I don't think they will need to dilute any further to get to top-line. They should opt for short term loans to make it to May if necessary.

How many warrants did NOT get extended and must be exercised by May 2, 2020? I think if there are 100 million warrants that were not extended and have an average exercise price at $0.28 (many are at $0.22), that gives NWBO ~$28 million by May (assuming the warrant is in the money). No raises would be necessary for day to day operations but they may want to provide some warrant holders that same 12 month extension (for a price of course).
