Not a chance of that , but certainly a partnership with an option to buy.

..and with positive TLD I`d imagine very significant up front monies for that privilege.

Something like $1bn up front immediately , further $1 or $2bn on approval with the Pharma footing the bills for all R&D .

Then buy out option triggered at some mutually agreed landmark .
