So true....along with the back and forth on every filing.

When they converted their preferred shares so quickly, and then LG Capital converted...it got my attention. I’m hoping something big is brewing below the surface.

It was proven that NGen didn't own any patents.

Everyone is welcome to look at the USPTO database and verify they don't own any patents.

NGen doesn't own any 3D patents - as I have explained NGen has 3 patents - 2 have expired and one is a worthless provisional patent.

Let's take a closer look at the following:

The Patent expired on 11/16/2015.

Exec Dt: 01/05/2020

Assignee: SANTA MONICA VENTURE FINANCE, INC.

So in January 2020 NGen assigned an expired patent to SANTA MONICA VENTURE FINANCE, INC.

Far too many Red flags to invest.
