one should buy with mindset that it could go back to 15 cents, if you can stomach that, then sure. Price will keep bouncing around.

BUT - longs know it well that when its time and data unlock released there will be no 2nd chance as PPS could spike north of $5-$10 who knows. so 10 cents here or there do you really care?
