Re: a Seagate distribution agreeement neeeding to precede Dell's...not at all IMO.

It's up to Seagate to decide for themselves if they want to license TDM and thus provide for distribution into channels that are not covered by Wave's OEM partners. Seagate has a choice...either offer their FDE as a complete TCG solution, only possible with Wave's TDM, or just ship it and let the buyers worry about getting the software from Wave. I think they will want to ship it as a complete TCG solution, excepting those channels that already license it direct from Wave...so far only Dell, but IMO Gateway and others are coming.
