Why would these companies, Plantar Fasciitis Partner, OEM Global Orthopedic Partner, Global Wound Care Partner, waste their time signing NDAs and negotiating with BIEL if BIEL was "Red Flagged"?

The answer is they would not waste their time and this "Toxic Past" Theory is Nonsense.

The Scott Specialties Deal was completed and we know via the 11/4/2019 Shareholder Update that their ActiPatch Enhanced Products will be in 1,000 Stores by the end of March 2020.

This is absolute Platinum Bullshit.

Deals in the past were pathetic and Biel was not in the position they are in NOW with a very valuable Full Body OTC ( that's Over The Counter for the savvy investors ....lol) FDA Clearance in which they have more muscle to make future deals. The Whelan name ( or Biel ) has no negative reputation in the business world beyond the slander posted on this board.
In fact, many people are impressed after reading the multiple publications these past 2 weeks.
