The passage you quote from the 10-Q are just claims made by the company.

"The Company determined..."
"The Company intends to..."
"the Company anticipates obtaining assistance..."

The company anticipates obtaining assistance from US government and international agencies? Anticipates??? Are you willing to place your money on that bet?

Remember, this is the same smoke-and-mirrors language that NNVC has been using for 15 years.

Hard to predict how successful his drug (coronaviricide with ACE2 mimic ligand) will be, and if governments or others would be willing to finance it going forward.

It's also hard to predict how successful the nanoviricides will be in humans. (Or if NNVC will ever get its act together to get into human testing).

Yes, hard to predict if you ignore everything that has transpired (and not transpired) over the past 15 years and simply take the most recent PR at face value.

Has tox been completed for any treatment? Started?

If one was willing to rely on the consistency of the failure of those things over the last X number of years, however foolhardy that might be, they wouldn't find it hard to predict those things at all.
