Shells? I count at least 10. Even the ones that claim to have a real business and are current I consider shell scams and nothing else.


Even though several do not fit the SEC definition of a shell, the companies all have or had huge SG&A expenses and if one looks hard the biggest expense is : Executive salaries and general support.
