I think they would wait for some announcements and/or results to be published (March, 2020?) before raising money because the price trend is pointing higher. They could potentially partner with someone and eliminate the need for raising capital at these prices.

I agree 100% that would be the ideal way. But getting another 10-15 million dollars by selling 2-3 million shares (now) is not going to make a big difference in dilution going ahead. If Missling wants to speed up the process of enrolling in those 30 extra sites and needs 15-20 million immediately to take care of business, better to do it right way than wait for another month or two. The extra money will cushion the cash position after these expenses, and the latter won't appear dismal when reporting in the next CC during earnings season. It is not that the company has 100 million in the bank; so it has to do a balancing act without tripping while dipping into cash.

They will raise money every quarter...it really isn't a guess...they have been raising money every quarter and will continue to do so...they need to.

They also are smart about the raises...it is smart to raise when the stock is up 100% a pullback would be expected and the raise would go unnoticed. A one-day 22% (6.31 to 4.88) 3,000,000 share volume pullback is a result of a sudden flood of supply... Retail isn't selling. Tutes are buying...only a few relative shares can be traded...it was a well deserved cash raise.
