Share structure is even more crucial when it comes to stock trading on the OTC. Most stocks are already seen by potential traders/investors as being shady, so when they come across a SS like BIEL's, they will not even bother to give it a 2nd look. One of the first thing a potential trader will look at is the SS. It's not like that with big board stocks.
Investors see big board stocks, having the potential to grow into their bloated SS, not so with stocks trading on the OTC, and especially not those trading in the trips!
