With Li having 405 million shares ....how many shares would he have to transfer to Glassimetal to buy them out...if that was the route he plans to take?

Or maybe wait until the PPS is much higher before purchasing Glassimetal?

lugee invested heavily into lqmt was because of the relationship with apple so he might buyout the glassimetal startup

Glassimetal startup: Glassimetal has been around for 10 years and their engineers have worked with BMGs for quite longer. So, "startup" is incorrect. At this point in time, what is the likelihood LQMT is around in 2030??? Today I can make a very strong case that the prospect of LQMT lasting the next 10 years is dim--at best.

Lugee invested because of the Apple relationship: You know that's over now, right? That agreement has expired. Crucible is no longer filing patents. The communication between LQMT and Apple is unknown and as much as you could say they are BFF's forever; you could equally say there is not a peep from Apple hinting at BMG use from ANY vendor. Or, for ANY purpose. (5G, folding screens, hinges, Apple Car, taptek keyboard keys, Apple Watch casings, or mid frame boxes etc. etc.)

Would Lugee et. al. buy-out Glassimetal? Yeah, I think that is a possibility; a strong possibility. Not to throw gasoline on the fire but our shares are worth .10 a piece to Lugee Li et. al.; Glassimetal shareholders will not sell for that cheap. Sorry, in advance.

Lugee just released an (all in family) pic in open public with (consent I assume) himself and bill Johnson together.
