I could be wrong. But my understanding is that it applies to all OTC Companies and the 15-12g would not help if this is enforced as the market makers would be obligated to stop quotes. But if it was only a proposed rule then all clear as it never passed?

It is a moot point. IFUS will not provide the requested information under any circumstance It has no operations, no location, no product, no sales and no employees. Hard to find a scammier scam than this one.
