If these tickers are garbage and they are all pending R/S, then they're not clean. I think I understand what you mean by 'clean' in that they may not have legacy convertible debt. However, I would submit to you that the definition of a 'clean' shell perhaps should be re-defined. Because this business of taking a 'debt-free' shell and then pimping it out in the breakout boards and then hitting the R/S button... this is bad business. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS. It is just as gross as toxic convertible debt, or perhaps worse.
