While WE might view them as a group, the potential merger companies and their management teams don't - they are just looking for a clean shell. There is no reason they should be overly concerned about legacy shareholders in the shell they buy, let alone those in other former Lazar shells.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
