One of my restaurants is a steakhouse but we do live entertainment at night n my other is a Bierhaus which doesn’t have much nightlife after 11pm. It’s a huge difference. Trying to make real money on food sales only won’t work these days. Food sales pays the bills / labour etc etc. Booze sales is your best profit margin item n it’s key for actually making good profits.

Yes..Much Alcohol is served at those hours.

Additionally .....that is when the Young Men come into Snakes and get a Hot Chick to spend the night with them.
