The consistent signal from management has been that the patent issue is a non-issue. It's a process step they are taking for granted.
We don't see it that way because we are pressed up against the glass watching this thing, we have limited information about what is going on, and the stakes for us as investors are very high since this is binary.
Of course the stakes for the company are even higher. It's either extreme bravado or calm confidence. Let's go with the latter, ok?
