This is so funny, I came on here to gain info on USPTO/PTAB vs. district court, but ok:

So, that VPLM folded in Digi because digi was in dire financial straights and for its patent applications is troublesome how? Not illegal. Remember, this "patent troll" meme is just that. Not illegal!

As to the patents BEING GRANTED AND ISSUED TO VPLM: Digi had zero patents when folded into VPLM. Zero.

That the patents were mainly issued 2015 and after: Infringement goes back to the time of initial patent application. Some of the initial patent applications were filed back in the early 2000's.

As to the patent fees to keep then current: No, I haven't concerned myself there, AS THE CASES BEING APPEALED TO THE Federal Circuit Court of Appeals and I really doubt an attorney with the resume, experience of Lewis Hudnell would file an appeal on patents which have expired. Might be helpful to to look at the website of our lead attorney. He has worked for, represented the biggest... Doubt he would jump on with a scam penny-stock on contingency...?
