What is the benefit to insiders by doing that? How do any of the insiders that have been issued restricted shares in a share exchange for their company assets make out beneficially in a massively diluted stock? I'd love to hear the theories on how they dilute us but fail to dilute their own common.
Someone wants the price down here because it makes it difficult for Jason to continue implementing his plan on acquisitions IMO. He's made it this far tho with the constant meddling and sell offs. Gonna be fun to see when it turns. Small floaters move fast!
