No one is purposely holding the stock down so Jason can’t close acquisitions, that ludicrous. What insiders in the otc garbage are you referring too? Araloc? Before Jason’s pump it was a no-name unheard of company with anemic revenue at best. The 161m shares he got paid for the acquisition also puts him deep and red and sitting on 214k shares of garbage. My guess is he took the deal because there was zero interest from anyone with actual cash. You mention supply and demand but fail to acknowledge the fact that quarter over quarter more shares have been printed while the company sinks deeper and deeper into debt. Now that the s-1 has been announced the stock has plummeted in share price and for Jason to raise the 5 or so million he’s after that’s going to eat up a giant majority of the remaining shares before he’s forced to raise the a/s again ,so there’s your dilution. A viscous cycle dependand on longs in denial willing to spend.
