AGAIN, not going to where I was aiming, but you brought it up:

How many of these "OTC ticker patent claims and lawsuits" come from a company which has battled aapl, TWICE, in full year long IPR trials and won, TWICE? All claims upheld! In one trial, this is the result 5% of the time! Vplm did it twice.

I would never try to suggest what any other person, let alone "anyone here", the implication being all others, might think...THAT IS WHY I'M HERE!

Another note: Because I'm a believer in VPLM precludes my search of materially substantive arguments against VPLM???? Sorry, my college days were in an era which search/debate and honest investigation was instilled!

Amount Spent on Research and Development

For the two years ended September 30, 2019, the Company has incurred no research and development expenses.

Employees

We have two full time employees. The Company utilizes various consultants and contractors for other services.

So it seems they don't actually do anything but bring patent infringement lawsuits. I think it'd be fair to say they're in the business of patent trolling.

The company has no revenue.

I'm not sure what to make of this in the context of the patent trolling discussion, but see Note 7 on page 25.
